The App adds cash-on-delivery order forms to Shopify stores. Orders are created as payment-pending orders in the merchant's store. The merchant is responsible for complying with applicable law in their selling markets.
Plans are billed monthly through Shopify billing. Order limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. You can change plans or cancel at any time from the App; charges already issued are non-refundable except where required by law.
Delivery zones are loaded from courier coverage sheets and updated periodically. We do not guarantee effective delivery by third-party couriers nor absolute accuracy of coverage at all times.
Integrations (e.g. Fufills, ad pixels) are enabled at the merchant's discretion; the merchant is responsible for their accounts with those providers and for complying with their terms.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the merchant in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to it.
